The Echuca Race Club wanted a playground to attract families to the venue and decided on a paddle-steamer, to highlight the heritage of the River Murray Region.

The design incorporates play activities for kids of all ages. The bow of the paddle-steamer makes a terrific play area as does the high wheel-house.
