Wilandra Drive Park, Tarneit

In 2020 Wilandra Drive Park was installed with a pirate ship and ocean theme playground. The only brief from Wyndham City Council was a theme, so we used our surf board rocker, the incredible and easily accessible cast away boat springer, mining cart (treasure chest) and boat style structure for the playground. We also included our galaxia! A fun, easy to ride swing that also spins around and a A-Frame Swing with strap and toddler seats.

The playground has a great rubber path connecting the play elements with a variety of activities for the children. We installed rubber under the freestanding elements, at the end of the slide and the bottom of the stairs which is great for fall protection and provides easy access for all abilities.

The pirate ship playground has many different play elements, including a double slide for bigger kids and a smaller one for toddlers. Pirate flags are just some of the attractions at this park—while on board an actual pirate ship! A spinning ship wheel provides loads of entertainment. A great way to spend your day off!
