Meredith Community Group – Parkfit

Looking to promote a healthy lifestyle in their community of Goldens Plains Council, well Meredith Community Group installed our Parkfit range of outdoor fitness equipment. This range is designed to provide a challenging and engaging workout for all fitness levels, in a fun and social environment.

One of the key pieces of equipment included in this installation is the butterfly press, which targets the chest muscles, triceps, and shoulders. The sit up board is ideal for working the abdominal muscles and the back extension machine provides a great way to strengthen the lower back muscles.

The leg press is a great way to strengthen the legs, working the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. Lastly, the push up bar is an essential piece of equipment for building upper body strength, working the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core.

Not only do these pieces of equipment provide an excellent workout, but they also encourage outdoor exercise, promoting a healthier lifestyle and increasing community engagement. Plus, the equipment is durable and designed to withstand the elements, ensuring longevity and providing a cost-effective solution for outdoor fitness.
