We supply playground equipment and services in partnership with leading Australian and international manufacturers. Availability depends on stock, suppliers, and lead times. While we strive for accuracy, pricing may change or contain errors; we reserve the right to correct pricing issues before fulfilling orders.
3. Orders & payment
All orders must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms are specified in your quote, typically requiring a 50% deposit upfront and balance upon delivery or installation. Late payments may delay delivery and incur fees. Ownership of goods remains with Safe Play Australia until full payment is received.
4. Installation & site access
Installations depend on access, weather, and approvals. Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and preparation of the location as per agreed requirements before installation. Delays caused by restricted access, unforeseen site conditions, or external factors beyond Safe Play Australia’s control may result in additional costs.
5. Safety & compliance
All equipment is designed to comply with Australian Standards (AS 4685). It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure the site remains compliant post-installation – check our maintenance guide for more information. Safe Play Australia is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
6. Warranties
Warranties are provided in line with supplier agreements. They exclude misuse, vandalism, neglect, or natural disasters. Please follow all maintenance guidelines to maintain warranty coverage.
7. Returns & refunds
Most of our products are custom-made and non-refundable. Defects or errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery or installation, with photographic evidence. Refunds and returns may incur a restocking/reshelving fee at the supplier’s discretion. Refunds or replacements will be provided as required under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including images, designs, and branding, is owned by Safe Play Australia. You may not copy or reuse any content without written permission.
